Individual Sessions
During a one-on-one Reiki session, I connect with your spiritual field
to assist you in aligning with your highest health.
I help identify where you are subconsciously holding on to pain,
work to replace it with complete well being,
and teach you energy moving techniques to use at home.
Sessions are 90 minutes in length.
Sessions for children are 45 minutes long.
Distance sessions are 60 minutes long
followed by a 30 minute phone consultation.
90 minute and distance sessions are $90
45 minute sessions for children are $60
Reiki for Parents of Young Children
This class is designed to empower parents in consciously assisting their children.
You will learn about and be attuned to
Reiki for the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
We will discuss the uses and benefits of Reiki, explore the chakra system,
and practice Reiki on our infants and ourselves.
Babes-in-arms are welcome in class on Saturday afternoon for hands on practice.

Reiki 1
This is an introduction to Reiki. We will talk about the history of Reiki and it's
course over the last decades. We will study our belief systems in
relationship to assisting ourselves and others. You will become attuned to
Chokurei, first level Reiki for the physical body. You will learn how to
use this symbol for self treatments and begin practicing on fellow class mates.
Reiki 2
During this workshop, you will be attuned to Seiheki, second level Reiki for balancing
emotional and mental bodies. This symbol helps unify our subconscious with
our higher consciousness. We will discuss how our thoughts and feelings affect our
energy system, learn new meditations, and spend the day working on each
other as we continue to access our own healing abilities.
Reiki 3
During this class, you will become a Reiki Master. You will be attuned to the distance symbol
and the Raku symbol. Raku, the master symbol, allows you to attune others in the Reiki tradition.
We will -discuss what it means to attune others
-talk about class rituals and protocol
-facilitate a distance healing session on a person of your choosing
-do in-person sessions on each other
-identify areas of continued self study.
